Sugar Land is mostly master-planned, which means a lot of stucco and brick elevations built within a couple of decades of each other. Stucco is the thing to get right here. Painted with the wrong product it traps moisture, and the damage shows up inside the wall rather than on it.
We patch stucco cracks first, then use a coating that lets the wall breathe. On the inside, we do whole-home repaints and a lot of cabinet refinishing, particularly in Sweetwater and First Colony where the kitchens are solid but dated.
