North of The Woodlands the lots get bigger and a lot of the homes are custom, on acreage, or around Lake Conroe. Cedar, stone, heavy timber, and long covered porches are common.
That means more staining than painting. Exposed beams, porch ceilings, gates, and fences all need stripping, staining and sealing rather than a coat of paint, and lake-facing elevations weather far faster than the rest of the house.
We also do interior repaints, cabinetry, and plaster or lime wash on larger custom homes.
